Hapimag San Agustin was a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the excellent facilities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. It lacked variety and freshness, with stale cereals being served.

During my Christmas stay, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. , the breakfast was decent and filling, helping me start my day on the right foot. Another plus was the friendly staff who tried their best to assist us despite the limited resources.
The hotel facilities were outdated and in dire need of renovation. the noise level from other guests and lack of proper cleaning were issues that made our stay less pleasant.
